4 CUPS FROZEN VEGETABLES (NO ONIONS)
3 TSP. MINCED GARLIC
3 CUPS OATMEAL
3 CUPS FLOUR
3 EGGS
BOIL CHICKEN PIECES, DE-BONE, PUREE W/FOOD PROCESSOR, SET ASIDE (USE BROTH FROM CHICKEN AS NEEDED)
PUREE VEGETABLES ADD WITH CHICKEN ( USE BROTH FROM CHICKEN AS NEEDED )
PREHEAT OVEN 350
ADD GARLIC, EGGS AND HAND MIX WELL
ADD OATMEAL, FLOUR HAND MIX WELL
COAT BAKING PAN WITH NON-STICK OIL (FIRST COATING ONLY, NOT NEEDED FOR NEXT BATCH)
DROP BY LARGE HEAPING TABLESPOON ON COOKIE SHEET (FLATTEN THE DOUGH OUT A LITTLE WITH SPOON )
BAKE FOR 15 MIN. FOR CHEWY, 20 MIN. FOR BROWN BOTTOM ( THEY ARE NOT MADE TO BE HARD)
CARROT CASSEROLE
1 FROZEN BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST
1 TABLESPOON CHICKEN BOUILLON OR 4 LOW SODIUM CUBES
PINCH OF GARLIC POWDER
4 OR 5 BABY CARROTS
SIMMER FROZEN CHICKEN BREAST IN ENOUGH WATER TO COVER IT UNTIL TENDER ALONG WITH ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CEREAL AND CARROTS.
WHEN CHICKEN IS TENDER, DICE IT INTO BITE SIZED CHUNKS ON A PLATTER AND DRAIN BROTH IN SEPARATE CONTAINER. LEAVE JUST ENOUGH BROTH TO KEEP BITES MOIST. ADD CEREAL TO BROTH JUST ENOUGH TO FLAVOR IT BUT NOT SOFTEN TOO MUCH, THEN DRAIN. CENTER OF CEREAL SHOULD REMAIN CRUNCHY.
SERVE BABY CARROTS ON TOP FOR GARNISH, YUM, YUM!!
CHICKEN & RICE DELIGHT
1 whole chicken (okay, this one is cooked)1/2 bag wild brown rice (cooked in with the chicken)1 C Quick Oatssmall can of sweet peas or cooked fresh peas. *optionalOats are added when chicken is done. Pour oats in and remove from heat.Serve as is orover 1/3 C. of dry kibble.
CHILI
2 tablespoons vegetable oil3 cloves garlic2 pounds canned red beans2 cups tvp1 can tomatoes1 brick frozen corn2 summer squash or zucchinis, chopped1 pinch chili powder1 pinch cumin1 pinch oregano1 tablespoon molasses1 teaspoon tamari or Bragg's Liquid Aminossoy yogurt for topping (Silk brand is good)cooked ricePlace all ingredients into a slow cooker, except for soy yogurt and rice.Cook 2-3 hours.Serve over rice, topped with soy yogurt.
COLD DAY DELIGHT
1 cup of cornmeal1 cup of bacon pieces1/2 cup of chopped ham3 eggs1/4 cup of bacon grease1/2 cup of whole milkPour cornmeal, bacon pieces, ham, eggs, bacon grease, milk together in acooking pot. Mix well and put on stove to simmer about twenty five minutes,after thickening, add water to make into mush. Cook on medium for thirtyminutes till it smells good. Let cool and your dogs will be there waiting.
COCOA'S DINNER
1/2 lb. ground beef (OR turkey, chicken, lamb)1/4 cup cooked riceone small potato1/2 carrot1/4 cup green beans (about 5-8 beans)1/4 tsp. garlic powderBrown the meat in a pan. When completely cooked, drain the fat. Add thecooked rice; mix well. Set aside.Cut the potato, carrot, and beans into small bite-sized pieces. Place in apot with water; bring to a boil. Simmer until veggies are tender (about15-20 minutes). Drain. Add the vegetables to the meat mixture. Add garlicpowder; toss thoroughly under low heat. Let the dinner cool thoroughlybefore serving to prevent burning.Yield: about 2 dinners
COME AND GET IT QUICHE
4 eggs2/3 tbsp cream2/3 cup skim milk3 tbsp meat[whatever kind it likes]3 tbsp cheese9 inch pie crust/shellfresh parsleyPre-heat oven to 375F degrees mix all ingredeints together then pour intopie crust/shell put into oven for 35-45 min.Let it cool for 5 min.Add on fresh parsley dogs,chow down!
DINNER FOR TWO
1 LB REGULAR GROUND BEEF

1 CUP CABBAGE
2 TABLESPOONS CANOLA, FLAX SEED OR OLIVE OIL
1/2 CUP PEAS
1 CAN OF BAKED BEANS
1 TIN OF SARDINES
GARLIC
PUREE VEGETABLES IN FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER. MASH VEGETABLES AND GROUND BEEF TOGETHER IN A BOWL, WITH A POTATO MASHER OR FORK OR WITH YOUR HANDS. CRACK THE EGGS INTO THE BOWL, INCLUDING THE SHELL ( FOR EXTRA CALCIUM ). ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND KEEP MASHING UNTIL SMOOTH AND NO LARGE CHUNKS. FOR EXTRA NUTRIENTS, MASH IN A VITAMIN E CAPSULE. THEY'LL LOVE THIS STUFF!!
